Highest Ethical Business Assessment: Evaluating Adequate Compliance, Business Ethics, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Framework
Prove that your business is ethical. Complete our FREE Highest Ethical Business Assessment (HEBA) and evaluate your current Corporate Compliance Program. Find out if your organisation’s compliance program is in the line with worldwide Compliance, Business Ethics, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Frameworks. Let ABAC® experts prepare a complimentary gap analysis of your compliance program to evaluate if it meets “adequate procedures” requirements under UK Bribery Act, DOJ’s Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs Guidance and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
The HEBA survey is designed to evaluate your compliance with the adequate procedures to prevent bribery and corruption across the organisation. This survey is monitored and evaluated by qualified ABAC® professionals with Business Ethics, Legal and Compliance background. The questions are open-ended to encourage a qualitative analysis of your Compliance Program and to facilitate the gap analysis process.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.
Prize draw
By completing this survey, all respondents will be eligible to enter a prize draw of £50 Amazon Voucher. The prize draw commences on 20/04/2022 and all entries must be received by 12am GMT on the closing date of 20/04/2023. Therefore this prize draw will have a 12 month duration (ABAC reserves to right to extend this period).
To enter the prize draw you must submit the Highest Ethical Business Assessment (HEBA) survey. Entries by email, post or fax will not be accepted. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
You may only make a maximum of one entry into the prize draw. Any entrant found to be using multiple responses, accounts, or other routes of entry will be disqualified from the prize draw. Only applicable entries made before the entry date and times given above will be accepted.
The winner will be selected at random prize draw on 21/04/2023 and will be contacted by email to confirm their postal address. All ABAC’s decisions in relation to the prize draw are final in all. The survey answers do not affect and/or have any connection with the prize draw. Therefore the prize will be awarded because the respondent submitted the survey and not based on the results or analysis raised by the survey answers.
If a winner has not claimed their prize and provided or confirmed their postal address by 12am on 24/04/2023, ABAC reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which in ABAC’s determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or ABAC and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the prize draw at ABAC’s sole discretion.
